Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send the quotation form we receive your name, mobile number, the product requested, your city and any optional details you add (email, project type, dimensions, quantity, company name, message). We also receive non-personal information about the page the form was sent from and any campaign source (UTM parameters).

How we use it and where it is kept

We use your details only to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and arrange a site visit. Requests are saved to a private file on our hosting server outside the website’s public folder, so it cannot be accessed over the internet, and only company staff view it. We may also receive a copy by email. We do not sell your data or share it with marketing parties.

Spam protection

To protect the form we use a temporary, essential session cookie and briefly keep a hashed fingerprint of the IP address with the submission time, only to limit repeated submissions.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses Google Tag Manager. Measurement and advertising tools are not allowed to store cookies until you consent in the banner, and you can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. We never send your name, number or message text to measurement tools.

WhatsApp and phone

WhatsApp and call links open an external app; conversations are governed by that provider’s policies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing renaissancesign2024@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We handle personal data with regard to Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law.
